①Fast charge and discharge speed: High-performance microprocessor controls charge and discharge, changes the control mode of traditional delay relay, greatly improves the charge and discharge speed, and can be welded twice per second.
②Do not pick the capacitor: the traditional control circuit can not work normally due to its charge and discharge characteristics after the capacitor is aging, the controller adopts a new control mode, the new and old capacitors can work normally without damage, prolonging the service life of the capacitor.
③Non-burning module and current-limiting resistor: Multiple detection ensures that the charge-discharge module is not opened at the same time, resulting in burned out modules and electric furnace wires. Even when the discharge thyristor is short-circuited due to fault or aging, the controller can automatically enter the protection mode to ensure the safety of the circuit.
④ Automatic regulation of capacitor voltage: The controller automatically compensates for the leakage current of the capacitor to ensure a constant voltage. When the welding voltage is set manually, the capacitor voltage is automatically adjusted accordingly with the set welding voltage value.
⑤ There are two adjustment modes: mechanical action adjustment and mold position adjustment. The mechanical action adjustment mode can detect whether the mechanical action is normal, and the mold position adjustment mode can facilitate the precise adjustment of the mold position. ⑥Fault detection and alarm function: can automatically detect welding machine failure and alarm. Alarms include charging fault alarm, discharge fault alarm, voltage overcharge alarm and storage error alarm.
⑦5 sets of specifications can be stored: 5 groups of welding specifications can be stored for users to use.
⑧4-digit weld counting: automatic counting during welding, range 0~9999, manual clearance.
⑨ Capacitance voltage real-time detection: real-time detection of capacitance voltage, less than the set voltage value does not discharge. Error ≤ 1%.
