45mm Large Aperture Faraday Isolator | High Power TGG Crystal Free-Space Optical Isolator for 1064nm Laser Systems
Crystro's Large Aperture Faraday Isolator (Model: FCR-2026-08-22-01) is engineered for high-power laser systems requiring large beam cross-sections and robust backward-reflection suppression. Built around our in-house grown TGG from 20 mm to 45 mm, making it ideal for kilowatt-class fiber lasers, laser welding and cutting machines, and large-scale laser amplifier chains.
Unlike magneto-optical glass alternatives, our single-crystal TGG offers superior Verdet constant uniformity (< 1 % across the full aperture), lower absorption coefficient, and higher laser damage threshold. The precision-machined permanent magnet assembly provides a homogeneous axial magnetic field, ensuring consistent 45° Faraday rotation across the entire clear aperture and maintaining isolation stability even at elevated operating temperatures.
Single-crystal TGG:In-house grown, Verdet uniformity < 1 %, absorption < 0.003 cm⁻¹ @ 1064 nm
High isolation :Typical > 33 dB @ 25 °C, > 28 dB at rated power
Low insertion loss:< 0.35 dB
Customizable wavelengths:Standard 1064 nm; 532/808/1030/1080 nm on request
