This linear vibrating screen is specialized in precise fine material classification via stable straight-line vibration operation, adapting to both dry granular powder and wet fine particle screening scenarios. Powered by two symmetric reverse synchronous vibration motors, it generates consistent linear excitation force, driving materials to perform uniform parabolic forward jumping on the screen surface. Designed with a low screen inclination of 0°-10°, adjustable excitation angle, 2-6mm vibration amplitude and 900-1500r/min high working frequency, the equipment prolongs material screening time thoroughly and realizes superior high-precision fine material separation effect.

Two symmetrically installed vibration motors operate in synchronous reverse rotation to generate stable linear excitation force, forming a fixed straight-line vibration trajectory for the entire screen box. After raw materials are evenly fed onto the screen deck, continuous parabolic jumping and linear forward movement promotes full stratification of materials by particle size. Qualified fine particles penetrate the screen mesh and discharge as finished products, while coarse impurities and oversized particles are automatically discharged from the tail outlet. The unique linear conveying structure ensures uniform material distribution on the screen surface, completely avoids material accumulation and clogging, and supports continuous, stable and high-precision screening operation.
