The double rotor hammer crusher is driven by dual independent power systems to make the two internal rotors rotate synchronously and reversely at high speed. After bulk materials enter the crushing cavity, they are impacted, squeezed and crushed by the double-sided high-speed hammer heads at the same time. The opposite rotation of the dual rotors forms a dense crushing area in the middle of the cavity, making materials undergo multi-angle and high-frequency composite crushing. Bulk materials are quickly refined from coarse to fine, and irregular particles are effectively corrected into uniform cubic aggregates. Qualified fine materials pass through the bottom grate plate for discharging, while unqualified coarse particles stay in the dual-rotor circulation zone for repeated crushing.
