The dual rotors are driven by independent power units to rotate oppositely at a stable speed, forming a closed flexible crushing cavity. After high-humidity and sticky materials enter the cavity, they are subjected to dual-rotor high-speed impact, shear crushing and mutual material collision crushing. Different from traditional screen-type crushers that rely on grate plates for filtering and discharging, the no-screen bottom structure cancels the bottom barrier, and qualified fine materials are discharged smoothly by gravity after crushing. For sticky and wet materials that are easy to adhere, the dual-rotor alternating impact mode continuously cleans the cavity without material dead corners and accumulation. Bulk materials are refined to qualified granularity through multiple cycles of impact and grinding, realizing continuous and non-blocking crushing operation throughout the whole process.
