The XY screen body is machined on a gantry boring and milling system, with side milling and hole boring performed in a single setup. This ensures perfect concentricity of the vibrator assembly, a critical factor for long-term stability. Bearing housings are cast from a special alloy steel that resists wear and prevents the outer race rotation that causes premature failure in ordinary designs.

The vibration system combines shaft eccentricity with eccentric block rotation, delivering strong, consistent screening force without destructive shock loads. The polyurethane-lined hydrocyclone significantly outlasts rubber or unlined alternatives.

From Sludge to Sand
