The HF-P201 Horizontal Festooning Fold Packing Machine is a multi-functional packaging equipment in Huafang Machinery's machinery equipment series, specially designed for laying and packaging elastic and non-elastic strips. The machine adopts frequency conversion control technology to achieve accurate calculation and stable operation, making it an ideal equipment for post-treatment folding and packaging of strip materials such as webbing, lace, and elastic tapes.

In terms of the belt feeding system, the HF-P201 is equipped with a front automatic belt feeding device that adopts synchronous belt wheel conveying method, featuring significant advantages of break resistance, smooth operation, and long service life, ensuring that strips are not damaged during conveying and that the feeding action is continuous and smooth.

In terms of core components, the main machine sliding shaft and sliding ball bearing are both made of imported original parts, featuring high wear resistance, low noise, and high back-and-forth operation precision, ensuring the stability and accuracy of long-term high-speed reciprocating operation. The guide slide is made of bakelite imported from Italy, possessing superior vibration resistance, deformation resistance, wear resistance, and requires no lubricating oil, significantly reducing daily maintenance costs.

In terms of detection and safety, the HF-P201 adopts an imported infrared sensor that provides superior stopping performance when the belt accidentally falls into the groove, while simultaneously triggering an alarm function, effectively preventing material damage and equipment failure, ensuring production safety.

In terms of speed and packaging, the machine supports stepless speed regulation from 10-100 meters per minute, allowing operators to flexibly adjust speed according to different strip materials and process requirements. An independent motor controls the carton lifting, enabling the strips to be layered and neatly packaged during the packaging process, enhancing the appearance quality of finished products. The standard carton size is 34×34×25CM, which can be customized according to customer requirements, flexibly adapting to different packaging specifications.
