The Brush Polishing Machine CR1000-P6 features 6 working groups: 2 disc units, 2 horizontal roller units, and 2 vertical roller units. It is designed for precision sanding and polishing of complex wooden components.

Key Features
  • The vertical and horizontal combination type sander delivers an excellent sand cutting effect on wooden doors, cabinet doors, shutters, furniture, photo frames, and carved furniture parts.
  • The combined vertical and horizontal sanding configuration effectively solves the problems of engraving furniture parts and vertical sand marks on cupboard doors.
  • Adopts a modular design concept. Each sanding unit uses frequency conversion speed regulation to meet the requirements of different parts processing technologies, resulting in a more perfect sanding effect.
  • Each group of sanding units is designed with a withdrawable rack for easy replacement of sanding belts. The emery cloth sanding components are portable, easy to operate, and simple to maintain.
  • The machine has two sets of lifting devices. The first set adjusts the overall lifting height of the sanding table. The second set allows each sanding unit to lift independently, meeting different workpiece sanding process requirements and achieving a more perfect sanding effect.
