Premium Coffee Packaging Mylar Bag with Aroma Lock Valve & 99% UV Light Blocking
Product Attributes
Attribute Description
Material Composition 4-layer composite: BOPET (outer layer) for durability and UV resistance, aluminum foil (AL) for ultra-barrier protection, EVOH copolymer for oxygen blocking, and food-grade LLDPE (inner layer) for heat-sealing. Reinforced with an aroma lock valve to release CO₂ while preventing oxygen ingress.
Aroma Preservation Patented one-way degassing valve maintains coffee freshness by releasing CO₂ from roasted beans without allowing external air to enter.
UV Light Blocking AL layer blocks 99% of UV light (280-400nm wavelength) to prevent photo-oxidation and flavor degradation.
Nitrogen Flushing Optional nitrogen-flushed packaging extends shelf life to 18-24 months by reducing residual oxygen to ≤1%.
Sustainability LLDPE layer contains 20-30% post-consumer recycled content (GRS-certified); AL foil recyclable via dedicated streams.
