The JJB30 mine-used laser methane remote measuring instrument is designed based on our company's internationally leading optoelectronic device technology. It utilizes the fact that methane gas has an absorption effect on a specific wavelength of laser, and the absorption intensity is related to the concentration of methane gas (in accordance with the Lambert-Beer law).
This device is a handheld gas detector, mainly used for remote measurement of methane and methane-containing gases (natural gas or similar gases). By directing a laser beam at the detection point, the methane gas concentration within a distance of 0 to 30 meters can be quickly measured. By emitting a laser beam to the target point (such as the upper corner of the coal mine, gas pipelines, ceilings, walls, floors, ground, etc.) and then detecting the signal of the laser reflected back from the target point, the methane gas concentration in the gas mass distributed between the device and the target point can be measured.

1. The remote measuring instrument has the function of measuring methane
concentration.

3. The display value of the remote measuring instrument is a five-digit valid
reading, which is presented in digital form and has a resolution of 1 ppm·m

3,Functions

1. Effective telemetry range: 0m - 30m.
2. Measurement range: (0 - 6400) ppm·m; The measured methane gas
concentration is (0 - 4)% CH4, and the path length of the laser passing
through the methane gas is 0.16 meters.
3. Basic error: (0 - 6400) ppm·m, true value ±10%.
4. The instrument should be able to set any alarm point within the range of
(100 - 6400) ppm·m, and an audible alarm will occur when methane gas is
detected.
5. Display method: Liquid crystal display.
6. Display resolution: Methane concentration: 1 ppm·m, distance display:
0.01m.
7. Display data refresh time: ≤ 1 second.
8. Enclosure protection grade: IP54.
9. Standby working time is not less than 8 hours.
