Pointed Nozzle/Spout: The core feature. It is a conical, tapered tip with a very small opening at the end.
Orifice Size: The opening can be customized to different diameters to control flow rate, from a fine line to a thicker bead.
Cap/Closure: The part that covers and protects the nozzle. This is most commonly a flip-top design for easy one-handed use but can also be a separate screw-on cap.
Seal: An internal plug or seal (often on the inside of the flip-top lid) that snaps over the end of the nozzle to create an airtight closure and prevent leaking.
Base Skirt: The threaded part that screws onto the bottle neck.
Tamper Evidence: Many include a tamper-evident ring or band that breaks on first opening.
Ultra-Precise Application: Allows for application in tight spaces, along seams, or in specific patterns (like lines and dots). This is its primary advantage.
Reduced Waste: Prevents over-application and dripping, ensuring product goes only where it's needed.
Controlled Flow: The narrow orifice provides excellent control over the amount of product dispensed.
Re-sealable: Protects the product from air exposure, which can cause drying or skinning.
Versatile: Can be used with a wide range of product viscosities, from thin oils to thick gels.
