VS016-C Automatic Lipstick Capping Machine

The VS016-C is a dedicated automatic lipstick capping machine with dual vibrating bowl cap feeders and an automatic pressing station. Designed to work as a standalone unit or link with the VS016-F filling machine via RS485 communication for fully synchronized production.

  • Intelligent Detection: Cap presence verification with automatic skip when no cap is detected; fixture jam detection with automatic release.
