Introduction
The Vacuum Cream Making Mixing Machine is designed for producing cosmetic creams, lotions, sun creams and other skincare emulsions. It integrates mixing,
high-shear homogenizing, emulsifying, vacuum deaeration, heating and cooling in one system. The wall-scraping mixer and bottom homogenizer help achieve smooth
and uniform products, while electric or steam heating can be selected according to production needs. The model is equipped with a 4kW homogenizer, supports
220V/380V power supply, the system can meet different batch sizes and production scales in cosmetic and daily chemical manufacturing.

1. Complex scraping board blending oar is suitable for every kind of complicated recipe and achieves optimizing effect;


2.Polytetrafluoroethylene scraping board cater to the body of blending groove and scrape out viscosity material on boiler wall;


3. Homogenizer is installed on boiler bottom to increase motor power more thoroughly and strongly. During few productions, it can exert homogenizing effect fully;


4. Mightiness balance isotactic curve rotor is matched with stator with the corresponding structure to realize liquid high-capability cut, rubbing, centrifugal to make

sure exquisite and slick cream; boiler body and pipe surface mirror polishing 300EMSH (sanitation grade) accord with Daily Chemical and GMP regulation.


5. Homogenizing vacuum emulsifier mixer can choose frequency conversion timing homogenizer and highest rotate speed is 4500 r/min.
