Double Layers Computer Counting Stacker.Sheets stacking table is controlled segmented pneumatic, sheets baffle is adjusted automatically to adapt the length of sheets. Counting, transporting, stacking are controlled by PLC system, max length of sheets are 3000mm.

The steam system

The steam system, each unit is designed as a independent unit to supply the steam , independent straight transmit water. The steam pipe and the rotary heating connector adopt flexible metal tube to connect. The machine is equipped with pressure monitoring table.

Glue making system

The glue circular system (the main glue barrel, the carrier glue barrel and glue storage barrel is one set. the main glue barrel adopts electromagnetic motor to control. The single facer and the pasting glue machine adopts independent glue barrel .
