1. Summarize

The box gluer is generally composed of a paper feeding part, a correction part, a mark line shaping part, a gluing part, a folding part, and a counting discharge part. The box gluer in the general sense refers to the equipment in which the entire box forming process of the corrugated cardboard is completed by machinery, excluding simple gluing devices that are folded and corrected by manpower.

2. Features and Functions

1)Adopt imported paper conveying belt with suction fan, and the automatic stacker assured the smoothly paper feeding.

2)The glue box can be moved left and right as per the shape of cartons.

3)Indentation wheel, indentation blade, side wheel, flap plate can adjust the cartons right and tidy.

4)The flap plate can adjust the cartons right and tidy.

5)The corresponding piling qty can be settled on the display screen.

6)Put the cartons into the automatic strapping unit manually.

7)Second strapping procedure, use pneumatic to make the “+” or “=” type, have the tidying up and pressing function (optional).
