HL-A-IV Automatic Flute Laminator

Automatic Flute Laminator is A fast fitting tool for corrugated and corrugated paper , the whole machine design is composed of two automatic paper feeding machines, (that is, two layers of corrugated paper feeding machines), A group of gluing, a group of laminating host, a group of pressing conveyor, suitable for printing paper and A+A corrugated, A+B corrugated,A+E corrugated,B+A corrugated,B+B corrugated,B+B corrugated,B+B corrugated,B+B corrugated,B+B corrugated, can be exchanged arbitrarily, can also be used as printing paper (more than 300 grams) and ABE corrugated paste for three layers of cardboard, but also corrugated paper and corrugated paper for four layers of corrugated board, or multi-layer cardboard arbitrary fit, for printing process processing equipment, accurate operation, The fast operation of the high-efficiency unit, to customers to save manpower weapon.

Main Characteristics

1.Adopting back pusher , back positioning feeding , equipped with spring side lay and bottom suction system , to make our machine suitable for all kinds of paper , and keep the good characteristics of easy operation and convenient maintain .

2.The glue roller adopts high design , match with anilox to glue distributing , the uniformity of coating was improved greatly, increasing the intensity of draping , reduce the cost of customer production .

3.The steel roller through the balanced treatment and test , match the tight assembling to make higher stability . And adopting the timing belt and tooth type belt driving , make the machine running with higher precision and lower noise.

4.Adopting the liquid control system , automatic gluing , and the glue can be cycle used , avoid glue waste and labour strength .

5.Self-developed high-strength feeder with high configuration electric system make the machine running stable and lower failure rate, the electric parts adopt international wide available brand or well-known Chinese brand.
