Hood suction structure fingerless type corrugation machine designed for high-speed production stability and superior performance.

  • 180° negative pressure zone created by vacuum box and fan for precise corrugated paper rolling
  • Narrow suction slot (≤2.6mm) minimizes stripe marks on single side corrugated cardboard
  • Universal joint transmission separates vibration source for enhanced maintainability and reliable operation
  • Oil bath lubrication with closed gear transmission reduces machine vibration
  • Auto-cycle glue supply with pneumatic control provides buffering effect
  • Special mesh nicking and chrome-plating treatment on glue roller surface
