Corrugated paper making machine introduction

The corrugated paper width 4600mm, mainly used for copying low base weight high-strength corrugated base paper. Paper machine is divided into the following parts: headbox, long wire, press section, front dryer section, skewed surface sizing machine, back dryer section, coiling.

Corrugated paper making machine details

1. Headbox:Air-cushioned headbox, by controlling the headbox gas pressure to control and stabilize the sizing pressure head of wire pulp.

2. Wire section:Single long wire, the main components: chest roll, forming plate, dehydration board, vacuum box, vacuum underlying rollers, drive roll, guide roller and rack.

3. Press section
