Whole box making procedure have 3 part First part : 3ply 5 ply 7 ply corrugated paperboard production line , machine function is from craft paper roll to corrugated paperboard . this part we have semi auto production line and fully auto production line , but price is big different . Second part : Printer slotter die cutter . machine function is printing color , slotter and die cutter . this part we also have chain feeder type and lead edge auto feeder type Third part : Fold glue machine or stitching machine , machine function is close the carton box

3. Intelligent separation system, capable of achieving one click separation, saving time and improving efficiency

4.Equipped with monitoring display function, which can monitor the paper stacking situation at the rear in real time

5. Ink shortage alarm (equipped with monitoring device to monitor ink flow, avoid ink free printing, and provide advance alarm reminders)

6.Ink application monitoring (the rubber roller and mesh roller do not come into contact, so they will not apply ink to avoid non-contact ink leakage)

7. Phase intelligent reset (after wiping, there is no need to press a button to reset, just merge, and the computer will reset automatically
8.Automatic overprinting: Enter the length, width, and height of the cardboard box, press the "one click machine adjustment" button (adjust the position, blade position, rear gear, and left and right baffles at once)
9. Cardboard thickness gauge: The sensor measures the thickness of the cardboard and feeds it back to the touch screen for display. It can adjust the relevant gap based on the measured value.
