Automatic Yellow Sticky Trap Making Machine
Complete insect glue trap production line for manufacturing pest control traps with automated continuous operation using hot melt glue and PP material.
Production Process
The insect sticky board production process begins with roll material being straightened by the guide rail, then entering the gluing station for adhesive application. The material is conveyed to the winding shaft via conveyor belt for winding. When the winding length reaches the preset value, the material shaft automatically switches (cutting and feeding material). The equipment operates continuously without stopping, requiring operators only to collect finished products and replace paper cores.
