Q. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes or brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q: Do you accept customize products?
A: We may customize new products by clients samples&drawings. Mould charge will depending.

Q. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

Q: How will you deal with clients feedback on leaked products etc? Will the leaked parts need to be returned you?
A: We will need clients photos to show us the product, then after we get the solution on the problem, clients may choose get free parts in next order or deduct the cost from next order also.

Q: How long will the leading time take?
A: For new developing sample:15-20 days for drawing,10-15 days for sample making.
Existed application sample:20-25 days for sample making
