Introduction
This stainless steel sink laser cutting & forming machine breaks through the limitation of "single cutting" and realizes integrated processing of "cutting + preliminary forming" for sinks, suitable for 0.8-3mm stainless steel sheets dedicated to sinks. Equipped with a high-power fiber laser source, it achieves a cutting accuracy of ±0.01mm and can accurately cut sink contours, drainage holes and overflow holes. It also integrates a preliminary forming module, which synchronously completes the pre-treatment of sink edge arcs and the pressing of bottom reinforcing ribs through laser preheating and precise pressing, eliminating the separate forming process and increasing processing efficiency by 40%.

It is equipped with a sink-specific coordination system: built-in linkage program for cutting and forming parameters to ensure precise matching between cutting dimensions and forming arcs; combined with adjustable positioning molds to adapt to the processing of various sink types such as single-basin, double-basin and under-mount basins. Adopting a deformation-resistant workbench and air-cooling heat dissipation design, it ensures stability during continuous operation, with burr-free cuts and flat forming surfaces that directly connect to subsequent fine bending processes. Whether for mass production of standard sinks or custom-made special-shaped models, it can help enterprises shorten the production cycle and reduce costs with the "one-stop" processing mode.
