This CNC fiber laser cutter is designed for dual-scene processing of stainless steel tubes and sheets, serving as an all-around processing equipment in hardware, furniture, machinery manufacturing and other industries. For tubes, it can accurately cut stainless steel round tubes, square tubes and rectangular tubes of Φ20-150mm, supporting processes like cutting-off, grooving and hole-drilling. For sheets, it can efficiently process stainless steel plates of 0.3-16mm thickness, meeting the needs of flat cutting and complex pattern processing.
Equipped with a high-precision CNC system, it has a positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm. Combined with special tube clamping and sheet adsorption devices, it ensures processing stability with burr-free and deformation-free cutting edges. It also has intelligent nesting and automatic feeding functions, allowing switching between tube and sheet processing modes, reducing equipment replacement costs, greatly improving production efficiency, and helping enterprises flexibly cope with diverse orders.
