High Temperature Resistant Conveyor Belt For Mining Coal Cement Bulk Material Conveyor System
Heat Resistant Rubber Conveyor Belt is a specialized heavy-duty industrial conveyor belt designed to stably transport high-temperature bulk materials without deformation, cracking, aging, or performance degradation under continuous high-temperature working conditions. Unlike standard rubber conveyor belts, it adopts high-temperature-resistant rubber compounds and high-strength reinforcing carcasses, specially formulated to withstand thermal stress, high-temperature material contact, and long-term thermal oxidation, making it an essential conveying component in high-temperature industrial production lines.
Product Construction

The heat resistant rubber conveyor belt consists of three key integrated parts, optimized for high-temperature resistance and mechanical strength:

• High-Temperature Resistant Rubber Covers (Top & Bottom): The outer protective layer made of special heat-resistant rubber compounds (mainly EPDM, Neoprene/CR, butyl rubber, or blended heat-resistant rubber), which directly contacts high-temperature materials and resists heat penetration, abrasion, and thermal aging.

• Reinforcing Carcass Layer: High-strength tensile core, generally divided into nylon canvas (NN) for medium heat resistance and steel cord (ST) for heavy-duty, ultra-high temperature and long-distance conveying; the carcass features low thermal expansion and high tensile strength to maintain belt stability under heat.

• Adhesive Rubber Layer: Special high-temperature resistant bonding rubber that firmly connects the rubber cover and carcass, preventing delamination, bubbling, or separation caused by high temperature, ensuring overall structural integrity.
