Based on rubber vulcanization chemical mechanism: under preset constant temperature (standard 145℃) and stable pressure (1.0–2.0 MPa), the unvulcanized intermediate rubber compound and belt cover rubber generate molecular cross-linking reaction. Rubber molecules form stable three-dimensional network structure to bond fabric carcass (EP/NN canvas, nylon) or embedded steel cords tightly into an integral seamless joint after complete heat preservation and cooling forming.
