Description:

A high-performance, one-component MS polymer adhesive and sealant designed for durable sealing of joints, roofs, pipes, and movable structures. It delivers strong wet and dry adhesion on diverse substrates like aluminum, steel, glass, masonry, and concrete without shrinkage or cracking. Offers excellent mechanical properties, solvent-free formulation (no silicone, isocyanate, or halogens), and remains non-corrosive to all materials. Environmentally friendly, low-odor, and easy to apply even at low temperatures. Forms a permanently elastic seal, resists discoloration, and allows over-painting with water-based coatings. Ideal for construction, interior decoration, and sealing water pipes, gutters, or prefabricated structures—no primer required for most surfaces.
