Industrial Applications
These CE-certified photoelectric sensors are widely used in industrial automation for:
- Object detection on conveyor systems
- Part counting in production lines
- Position sensing in automated machinery
- Quality control inspection systems
- Packaging and material handling equipment
Operation Principle
The sensor's emitter produces an infrared light beam that is either reflected by the target object (diffuse mode) or received directly. When an object interrupts or reflects this beam, the receiver detects the change and triggers an electrical output signal for process control.
