The CONTAI PPC-1201 is a 12-inch fanless industrial panel PC built on a 2nd-generation I-Series x86 platform for embedded mounting in demanding automation environments. Its flat brushed front panel sits inside a high-precision die-cast aluminium chassis with a fully enclosed, fanless design that keeps the unit quiet, sealed and virtually maintenance-free. The result is a rugged all-in-one touchscreen computer that shrugs off coolant splash, workshop dust and continuous 24-hour duty in industrial control, communications, power, networking and intelligent self-service terminal applications.

This model upgrades the compute platform to an Intel 12th Generation Core i5 processor, paired with 8 GB of DDR4 memory that can be expanded up to 32 GB. A self-developed industrial-grade x86 motherboard offers multiple configuration options and full EMC compliance, so the system tolerates electrical noise, static discharge and unstable factory power supplies. The 12-inch TFT LCD delivers a sharp 1024 x 768 (4:3) image at 500 cd/m2 brightness with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and wide 85/85/85/85 viewing angles, while the 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen responds to fingers, gloved hands and capacitive pens. A wide 12-36V DC input and a -10 to 60 C operating range round out a platform engineered for the realities of the plant floor.

The PPC-1201 suits industrial control, military and communications equipment, power distribution, networking and intelligent self-service terminals. Each panel PC is packed individually in a shock-proof, foam-lined export carton with an anti-static bag protecting the unit and its power adapter. Every batch completes a 24-hour burn-in test, a full display and touchscreen verification, and an EMC compliance check before shipment.
