Dual Hook Steel Turnbuckle for Power Line Tensioning and Guy Wire Adjustment
The dual hook steel turnbuckle is a tensioning device for overhead line and guy wire work. Its forged steel body and hook end fittings turn to take up or release tension on a conductor, guy or temporary stay. Seven models cover rated loads from 5KN to 100KN, with maximum centre distances from 800mm to 1740mm, so a crew can pick a size that matches the pulling load and the span it has to reach.
Design and Operation
  • Dual hook ends: positive locking hooks reduce the risk of accidental disengagement.
  • Forged steel body with rolled threads: built for repeated tensioning under load.
  • Hot-dip galvanized finish: corrosion protection for outdoor transmission work.
