The Anti-Twisting Braided Steel Rope is engineered to provide superior tensile strength, flexibility, and resistance to rotational forces, making it indispensable for transmission line stringing, substation projects, and heavy lifting applications. Unlike conventional steel cables, its multi-strand braided design eliminates torque buildup, ensuring safer and more efficient operations in high-tension environments.


Advanced Construction & Key Features

Anti-Rotation Design: Parallel-closed braiding technology prevents twisting under load, critical for vertical cable pulls and dynamic tensioning.

Pre-Stretched for Stability: Pre-loaded during manufacturing to minimize elongation, ensuring consistent performance under repeated stress.

Corrosion Resistance: Available in hot-dip galvanized, zinc-aluminum coated, or 316 stainless steel variants for harsh environments (coastal, industrial, or acidic soils).

Diameter Range: 9mm to 42mm, with custom splicing/end-termination options (swaged sockets, thimbles, or loop ends).


Application

Applied to mechanical pulling and tensioning release conductors, unsuitable to pulling ropes for small diameter winch.It is braided 1960MPa high-strength galvanized steel wire.

Rotation resistance during pulling. Supple and disperse resistance.
