The SMC-5500 cement concrete slipform paver is a flagship multi-purpose cement concrete construction equipment independently developed by our company. It is specially designed for the construction of cement concrete structures such as curb stones, guardrails, cable trenches, agricultural irrigation ditches, and special pavement structures. With a full-hydraulic drive three-crawler walking system as its core power structure, it integrates cutting-edge technologies such as automatic steering, automatic leveling, and intelligent vibration compaction, completely revolutionizing the traditional construction mode of cement concrete structures. It greatly improves construction quality, efficiency, and economy, and is the first-choice solution for achieving "high-quality and fast delivery" of cement concrete structures in municipal, agricultural, and infrastructure fields.

Feature Introduction

  1. Power and Walking System
    • Adopts a full-hydraulic drive three-crawler walking device with extremely sufficient power reserve, which can easily meet the continuous construction needs of large-section and large-volume concrete structures.
    • Equipped with a low-speed and high-torque walking system, using internationally renowned brand hydraulic motors, which have strong driving force and stable output. Even under the low-speed paving condition of large-section structures, it can ensure the smoothness of walking and avoid problems such as segregation and unevenness of concrete structures.
    • The crawler post is designed flexibly: the first two crawler posts can be offset by rotating the swing arm or mechanical widening, and the rear crawler post can be offset freely, which greatly improves the flexibility of mold positioning, making the construction of complex-shaped and special-shaped concrete structures also able to be accurately aligned.
  2. Control and Vision System
    • Integrated operation platform: All functional components are highly integrated into the operation platform. Operators can clearly identify the position of each functional device at a glance, and the control command response is extremely fast, greatly reducing the difficulty of operation and the rate of errors.
    • Wide vision design: The operating vision is wide and unobstructed. During the construction process, the paving effect, equipment status, and surrounding working conditions can be controlled in real time, providing visual guarantee for high-quality construction.
  3. Energy-Saving and Power System
    • Equipped with ECO intelligent energy-saving engine mode, which can automatically match the optimal power output according to the real-time working condition of the equipment. While ensuring construction efficiency, it effectively reduces fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, achieving the dual value of "energy saving + environmental protection".
    • Configured with Shanghai Diesel SC4H160G4 engine with a power of 118kW/2200rpm, which has strong power and stable performance; the emission standard meets Stage 4 (GB20891 - 2014), and the Stage 3 version is optional, meeting the environmental regulations of different regions.
  4. Vibration Compaction System
    • Uses WYCO square shell vibrator, which has high compaction efficiency, stable performance and strong reliability, and can ensure that the concrete is quickly compacted during the paving process, improving the structural strength and durability.
    • Standard equipped with 8 vibration rod interfaces (expandable), the vibration frequency adjustment range is 0~167Hz, and the adjustment process is smooth and stable. It can accurately match the vibration demand according to parameters such as concrete grade and slump, ensuring the consistency of compaction quality under different working conditions.
  5. Steering and Positioning System
    • Has multiple excellent steering modes, including crab steering, cooperative steering, spot steering, etc. The equipment has strong maneuverability and can flexibly meet the steering and positioning needs under narrow sites and complex working conditions.
    • Equipped with large-angle crawler steering device, the maximum steering angle can reach ±130°, the equipment positioning efficiency before construction is extremely high, and the operation during working condition transition is more flexible, reducing the construction preparation time.
  6. Control and Precision System
    • Uses international brand servo valve to control column lifting, the column lifting action is responsive and runs smoothly. With the quick change valve of the lifting cylinder, it can realize precise flatness control, ensuring that the flatness of the paving surface meets the high industry standards.
    • Integrates automatic steering and automatic leveling control system. Through real-time feedback from sensors and precise execution of the hydraulic system, the paving accuracy is controlled at the millimeter level, completely solving the pain points of "poor flatness and inaccurate linearity" in traditional construction.
  7. Transport and Adaptation System
    • Follows the convenient transportation concept, the equipment structure is compact, and the roof can be electrically folded, which greatly reduces the space occupation during transportation. It is compatible with various transportation carriers such as cross-border trucks and ordinary freight vehicles, and the logistics cost is more optimal.
    • The diesel tank capacity is 230L as standard, and a 120L expansion fuel tank can be selected, with sufficient capacity; the water tank capacity is 500L, meeting the full-process water needs of equipment cooling and cleaning.
