General description
The SMC-6600 slipform paver is a multifunctional cement concrete construction equipment independently developed by our company. It is widely used in various fields such as highways, high-speed railways, railway ballasts, and agricultural irrigation channels. It replaces traditional construction processes and greatly improves the construction quality and efficiency of concrete structures.
Main performance and features
- Vibration Compaction System:Adopts a high-quality vibrator with a square head shell, equipped with 16 standard vibration circuits (6 additional circuits optional), and the frequency is steplessly adjustable (0 - 167Hz) to ensure concrete compactness.
- Concrete Spreading System:Receives concrete directly from dump trucks and disperses irregular concrete piles through a hopper (can be used with an excavator); equipped with two hydraulically driven paving augers with adjustable width and infinitely variable speed to ensure uniform material distribution.
- Electronic Control System:The main console is equipped with color graphic and text display, supporting fault diagnosis, working status display, and alarm; the steering, grade, and slope of the paver are automatically controlled electronically, and sensors and controllers communicate via CAN-bus. It is also configured with four longitudinal slope sensors and two cross slope sensors to achieve precise regulation.
- Hydraulic System:Uses a four-pump load-sensing hydraulic system from well-known international brands, and the inlet and outlet ports of the pump are equipped with high-quality filters, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
- Traveling Device:Four-track hydraulic drive with strong traction; load-sensing hydraulic drive design with low system heating, suitable for complex working conditions.
- Power System:Equipped with a water-cooled engine, which is powerful and reliable in operation; equipped with a parallel three-in-one large-size radiator with forced air cooling, providing outstanding heat dissipation effect.
- Optional High-end Configurations: Super smoother (hydraulic drive, stepless frequency regulation, achieving extreme pavement smoothness), multiple Tie Bar inserters (automatically/manually operable on both sides and in the middle), oscillating beam (hydraulic stepless frequency regulation, automatically optimizing the concrete surface when the paver stops), etc., to meet higher construction needs.
