General description
With advanced technology and multifunctional configurations, the SMC-6600 Slipform Paver provides efficient and precise cement concrete construction solutions for highways, high-speed railways, agricultural irrigation projects, etc., helping to create durable and high-quality projects.
Main performance and features
- Vibration Compaction System:Equipped with a high-quality vibrator with a square head shell. Comes with 16 standard vibration circuits (6 additional circuits optional), with stepless frequency adjustable from 0 to 167 Hz, ensuring concrete compactness.
- Concrete Spreading System:Uses a hopper to directly unload concrete in front of the paver, spreading irregular concrete piles with an excavator. Two hydraulic-driven spreading augers with independent control and infinitely adjustable revolution enable uniform concrete paving.
- Electronic Control System:A color graphic and text display on the main console supports fault diagnosis, working status monitoring, and alarms. The steering, grade, and slope of the slipform paver are electronically and automatically controlled, and sensors communicate with controllers via CAN-bus. Four longitudinal slope sensors and two transverse slope sensors are configured for precise control of flatness and slope.
- Hydraulic System:Adopts a four-pump load-sensing hydraulic system from well-known international brands. The inlet and outlet ports of the pump are equipped with high-quality filters to ensure stable and efficient system operation.
- Traveling Device:Four-track hydraulic drive provides strong traction. Load-sensing hydraulic drive reduces system heating, suitable for long-time continuous construction.
- Power System:Equipped with a water-cooled Shanghai SC7H240G4 engine with a power of 177kW (2200rpm), delivering strong and reliable power. A parallel three-in-one large-size radiator with forced air cooling ensures excellent heat dissipation for continuous operation.
- Optional Super Functional Modules:
- Super Smoother: Realizes stepless frequency regulation via hydraulic drive, providing superior road surface rideability.
- Tie Bar Inserter: Can be installed on both sides and the middle, supporting automatic/manual operation for efficient tie bar insertion.
- Oscillating Beam: Hydraulic stepless frequency regulation automatically optimizes the concrete surface when the paver stops.
