HUITE Foundation-Free Concrete Batching Plant

This foundation-free concrete batching plant adopts an integrated modular structure. It combines aggregate batching, precise weighing, material lifting, mixing and control system into one unit. The plant eliminates the requirement for heavy concrete foundation works. It can be quickly commissioned for production once hoisted and positioned on site, substantially cutting down the project preparation time.

The aggregate batching unit uses a multi-bin side-by-side layout with stable feeding performance. Separate metering modules for aggregates, powder, water and admixtures ensure high batching accuracy. The supporting twin-shaft mixer provides homogeneous mixing results. Wear-resistant liners and mixing blades extend its service life.

The batching plant is fitted with an intelligent control system. It enables automatic continuous production, saves mix formulas and records batch data to support quality traceability. The entire structure is fabricated from high-strength steel. It features a compact layout and facilitates disassembly and relocation.

This plant is suitable for temporary construction sites including road, railway and water conservancy projects, and projects requiring frequent site relocation under constrained site conditions.
