HUITE HZN60 precast concrete batching plant is a compact precast concrete mixing equipment for special concrete fabrication. This plant is equipped with a vertical shaft planetary mixer to achieve high mixing homogeneity for dry and semi-dry concrete.

Vertical Shaft Planetary Mixer

The mixer adopts planetary mixing principle. Mixing blades perform both revolution and rotation to create strong mixing movement, delivering high throughput with low power consumption. It has fewer wearing parts for easy maintenance and lower operating cost. It is ideal for producing dry-stiff and semi-dry-stiff concrete.

Weighing System

Optimized structure prevents material blockage at discharge gates. Three safeguard measures ensure stable weighing precision. The powder weighing hopper adopts octagonal structure to improve rigidity and avoid material sticking at corners. Sophisticated technology is applied for water and admixture weighing to maintain high metering accuracy.

Intelligent Management System

Our independently developed control software ensures high weighing precision. It features a powerful database query function for full production traceability. The visual operation panel is user-friendly and easy to learn. ERP management function is optional. A temperature & humidity sensor monitors raw material moisture. The eco-friendly design reduces dust, noise and waste emissions. Multi-discharge-gate layout meets the demands of multiple production lines.
