Description

Light Weight Climbing Scaffold System High Capacity for LNG Projects high Safety

Climbing formwork F16 is a very simple and light-weight climbing formwork system, which is widely used in various projects such as LNG storage tanks, nuclear power plant projects, silo projects and high piers. F16 climbing formwork has only 3 main parts and can be assembled quickly.

As a low weight formwork system, lower capacity cranes can be equipped on site to lift formwork units and other work. Due to the scissor spindle, the 1.60m wide platform can provide 700mm of space behind the header for the formwork unit and enough space for formwork cleaning and reinforcement installation. A 3-level platform was designed to provide directional workspace for formwork operations, concrete placement, reinforcement installation and concrete surface repair. A simple system means simple operation and easy material management, reducing labor and warehousing costs.
