132kV Prefabricated Distribution Transformer Substation - Explosion Proof
Vehicle-Mounted Mobile Substation

China's first vehicle-mounted movable substation, delivered to Iraq in December 2008. This 132kV voltage class, 16,000KVA capacity product was completely researched, developed, designed, and manufactured independently.

Modular Design Structure
  • Divided into HV part, main transformer, and LV switchgear room
  • HV switch utilizes ZF10-145(L) as main switch, mounted on semi-trailer
  • LV side includes switchgear, control power, DC panel, and control protection device

  • Altitude ≤ 1000m
  • Ambient temperature range: -25℃ to +40℃
  • Wind speed (outdoor) ≤ 35m/s
  • Relative humidity ≤ 90% at +25℃
  • Installation location must be free from fire, explosion, chemical corrosion, and excessive vibration
