Main Technical Parameter

This 33kV oil immersed distribution transformer is designed and produced strictly following IEC-60076 international criteria with rated voltage of 33000/415V and Dyn1 vector group. It adopts No.45 transformer oil as cooling & insulating medium, with specified reference ambient temperature at 15℃ and designed applicable altitude ≤2000m. Its insulation level is LI170AC70/LI30AC3 to guarantee outstanding dielectric performance against surge and power frequency overvoltage.

Product Features & Construction

Configured with high-strength porcelain high voltage bushing and conservator tank, the transformer allows convenient oil level observation and off-load voltage adjustment. Corrugated tank realizes efficient ONAN natural heat dissipation without extra cooling fans, while fully sealed tank structure effectively prevents transformer oil leakage and dust ingress. Customizable paint color is available as per clients’ requirement.

Application Range

This step-down power transformer converts 33kV medium voltage down to 415V low voltage, widely deployed for industrial workshops, residential power supply and photovoltaic grid-tie projects, serving Africa and Southeast Asian markets adopting 33kV local grid standard.
