Quick Freezing Commercial Upright Blast Freezer / Shock Freezer -40 Degree

Features

1. All blast freezers are use GREE compressors .

2. The blast freezer is made of stainless steel AISI201.
3. Standard cone is equipped with gravity adjusting casters, casters are optional.
4. Customized imported intelligent temperature control system, user-friendly panel design.
5. Food probe has heating function and is easy to pull out from quick-frozen food.
6. Comply with European food safety standards “HACCP”. Pure European structure design, suitable for 1/1GN basin or 600*400 baking basin.
7. The door seal and frame heating wire can be removed and replaced, and the automatic return door can be replaced left and right.
8. It takes 240 minutes for the center temperature of frozen food to cool from +70°C to -18°C.
It takes 90 minutes for the center temperature of quick-frozen food to cool from +70°C to +3°C.
The whole process of phased refrigeration, to ensure that the nutrition of food does not lose, keep fresh taste.
9. GN basin, baking basin and ice mold are not included in the price.
