Description

Pre Painted Alu-Zinc Steel Coils

1. Description

Aluzinc is cold rolled galvanized steel with metal coating composed of Aluminum (55%), Zinc (43.4%) and Silicon (1.6%). It is formable, weldable and readily accepts paint finishes. Aluzinc coated steel has superior long-term corrosion resistance in most atmospheric conditions. This is achieved through the combination of the sacrificial protection of the zinc and the barrier protection of the aluminum.

3. Advantages of PPGL :

Corrosion Rsistance better than PPGI in same thickness, its service life is 2 to 6 times than ordinary galvanized steel.
Heat Resistance PPGL can under 315℃ environment for long-term use
Heat Reflective PPGL reflection coefficient is doubled of PPGI, can reduce indoor temperature in summer.
