High-Efficiency Motor & Vapor Cooling
Powered by a 3-phase, 2-pole squirrel-cage induction motor built with premium low-loss core steel and F-class insulation. The motor is continuously cooled by suction refrigerant gas directed through dedicated internal slots and guide vanes, maintaining high operational efficiency across varying B2B HVAC workloads.
Heavy-Duty Bearing Assembly & Load Balance
Constructed with a double-walled FC25 gray cast iron housing engineered with internal reinforcement ribs to prevent thermal expansion under high operating pressures. Internal mechanical endurance is supported by a robust combination of 10 radial and axial bearings paired with an α balance piston to counteract dynamic axial thrust loads and extend bearing service life.
