Introduction

ESDP Series Air Coolers feature a bottom air intake and side air discharge design. The evaporator coils utilize 304 stainless steel tubes and operate on a pump-fed liquid supply system, with a maximum working pressure of 52 bar. They are primarily used in fluorine systems with pump-fed liquid supply and subcritical CO₂ systems.
● Casing: Constructed from 304 stainless steel plates. Both side panels and the external drain pan feature a hinged design for convenient and quick operation.
● Double-Layer Drain Pan: The external drain pan adopts an angular structure with a slope for smooth, obstruction-free drainage. The internal drain pan features an aluminum trough design, allowing condensate or defrost water to drain directly into the external pan's outlet.
● Coil: Made of φ15 stainless steel tubes arranged in a square pattern, providing a large heat transfer area and minimal temperature difference. This design reduces food product weight loss and slows frost formation on the fins.
● Fins: Hydrophilic aluminum corrugated fins with spacing options of 4.0mm, 6.0mm, 9.0mm, and 12.0mm to meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
● Fans: Models available with φ400, φ500, φ550, and φ630 stainless steel external rotor fans, operating from -30℃ to 60℃. The φ800 model uses Xielobe fans with plastic air guide rings, capable of operating as low as -40℃.
● Defrost: Standard electric defrost with stainless steel heating tubes evenly distributed within the coil fins and internal drain pan for effective defrosting. Water defrost is available as a customer-specified option.
● Electrical Protection: IP65-rated waterproof junction boxes and connectors provide enhanced water resistance. Separate wiring for fans and heating tubes ensures high operational reliability.
● Refrigerant Compatibility: Suitable for use with R404A, R507A, R744 (CO₂), R22, and other refrigerants.
