Introduction

ESDL series air coolers feature a bottom air intake and side air discharge design. The evaporator coils utilize 304 stainless steel tubes with a maximum working pressure of 52 bar, primarily designed for fluorinated refrigerant evaporation systems using expansion valve throttling for liquid supply.
● Casing: Constructed from 304 stainless steel plates, with the external drain pan featuring a hinged design for convenient and quick operation.
● Double-Layer Drain Pan: The external drain pan employs an angular structure with a slope for smooth, obstruction-free drainage. The internal drain pan adopts an aluminum trough design, allowing condensate or defrost water to drain directly into the external drain pan outlet.
● Coil: Utilizes φ15 stainless steel tubes arranged in a square pattern, providing large heat transfer area, minimal temperature difference, reduced product weight loss, and slower frost formation on fins.
● Fins: Hydrophilic aluminum corrugated fins with spacing options of 4.0mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
● Fans: Equipped with stainless steel external rotor blow-type fans operating from -30℃ to 60℃. Available in φ400, φ450, φ500, and φ630 specifications to form different product series, providing users with multiple options.
● Defrost: Standard electric defrost with stainless steel heating tubes evenly distributed within the coil fins and internal drain pan for effective defrost performance.
● Electrical Protection: IP65-rated waterproof junction boxes and connectors provide enhanced water resistance. Separate wiring for fans and heating tubes ensures high operational reliability.
● Refrigerant Compatibility: Suitable for use with R404A, R507A, R22, and other refrigerants.
