The low-nitrogen recarburizer is also called graphitized petroleum coke recarburizer. The raw material is mainly high-volatility sponge coke. It is graphitized at a high temperature of 2500 °C in the Acheson graphitization furnace to form graphitized graphite coke.
Graphitized petroleum coke is a kind of high-quality steelmaking and casting recarburizer. It has the advantages of high fixed carbon content, low sulfur content, low nitrogen content, fast absorption speed, good carbonization effect and no dross.
