Automatic Horizontal Orbital Door Packing Machine Panel Wrapping Machine

Machine application and installation:

The horizontal steel pipe wrapping machine is specialized for wrapping horizontal wood panels, wood door, batten board and other horizontal objects. Protective fence ensure safe operation.And photocell sensors are adopted for fixing the packing position.

The machine be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1ton/m2.

Machine installation basic operation:

  • Hoisting the pipe bundles onto the front conveyor line and ready to be wrapped, hoist the packed pipes away from the back convey line after package finished.
  • Rotating speed is about 70r/min.Conveying speed is about 10m-20m/min.

Machine installation main features:

  1. Double-ring & double-rub wheel system make the wrapping more safe, stable & energetic.
  2. Automatic material feed & cutting system can be equipped for human operation.
  3. Both automatic and semi-auto working mode for different choice.
  4. PLC programmable control.
  5. Delivery Date stand alone 1 week,the packing line 150 days.
  6. The turning ring is controlled by converter.
  7. Photocell sensors are adopted for fixing the packing position.
  8. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
  9. Overlap rate of the wrapping material can be adjusted according to needs.
  10. Packing material tension could be adjusted.
  11. The machine can be custom designed according to specific object size.
  12. Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packaging position.
  13. Protective fence ensure safe operation.
  14. Conveying speed is about 10m-20m/min.
  15. Material size is width:≤250mm,Max OD:400mm,ID:55mm.
  16. Separate control panel makes operation & maintenance easily.
  17. Wrapping material is compound paper tape/knit tape/anti-rust tape/waterproof tape and stretch film.
