Horizontal Stretch Film Wrapping PLC control Wood Board Steel & Copper coil Packing Machine

Packing machine application:

This packing machine uses compound paper tape/knit tape/anti-rust tape/waterproof tape and stretch film as the material.

It is widely used for metal and plastic pipes and wood board .

It can protect the products to storage and transport well.

Packing machine installation basic operation:

  • Hoisting the pipe bundles onto the front conveyor line and ready to be wrapped, hoist the packed pipes away from the back convey line after package finished. The next wrapping process should begin after the back line cleared.
  • The wrapping material is tied, fixed and cut by manual.

Packing machine installation main features:

  1. PLC programmable control.
  2. Wrapping position reset.
  3. Both automatic and semi-auto working mode for different choice.
  4. Photocell sensors are adopted for fixing the packing position.
  5. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
  6. The turning ring is controlled by converter.
  7. Soft stop &soft start functions.
  8. Packing material tension could be adjusted.
  9. Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packaging position.
  10. Double-ring & double-rub wheel system make the wrapping more safe, stable & energetic.
  11. Automatic material feed & cutting system can be equipped for human operation.
  12. The machine can be custom designed according to the specific object size.
