Machine application:

The horizontal steel pipe wrapping machine is specialized for wrapping horizontal wood panels, wood door, batten board and other horizontal objects. The wrapped product is well-protected ,with good effect of rust-proof,dust-proof,water-proof,anti-wear and anti-damage.

Basic operation:

  • Hoisting the pipe bundles onto the front conveyor line and ready to be wrapped, hoist the packed pipes away from the back convey line after package finished.
  • The next wrapping process should begin after the back line cleared.
  • The wrapping material is tied, fixed and cut by manual.

Main features:

  1. Double-ring & double-rub wheel system make the wrapping more safe, stable & energetic.
  2. PLC programmable control.
  3. Automatic alarming when trouble occurs.
  4. The turning ring is controlled by converter.
  5. Overlap rate of the wrapping material can be adjusted according to needs.
  6. Soft stop &soft start functions.
  7. Packing material tension could be adjusted.
  8. Separate control panel makes operation & maintenance easily.
  9. Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packaging position.
  10. Wrapping position reset.
  11. Protective fence ensure safe operation.
  12. Automatic material feed & cutting system can be equipped for human operation.
