JIS G3303:2008 ISO9001:2015 T1-T5 Electrolytic Tin Plate Coil for Hardware Parts
Tin-plated thin steel plate and steel strip, also known as tinplate, this steel plate (strip) surface plated with tin, has good corrosion resistance, and non-toxic, can be used as packaging materials for cans, cable inside and outside the skin, instrumentation and telecommunication parts, torches and other small hardware.
Tin-plated properties
  • Outstanding corrosion resistance: By selecting the appropriate coating thickness, the corrosion resistance requirements of different contents can be met.
  • Superior finishing properties: can be printed with a variety of paints and inks
  • Excellent weldability: various cans can be manufactured by welding (including brazing).
  • Great processability and strength: Selection of appropriate tempering grade can meet the processing requirements and strength after moulding.
  • Bright appearance: the surface of tin-plated sheet has bright metallic luster, and products with different surface roughness can be obtained by selecting substrates with different surface conditions.

Tinplate is most commonly used for the production of various containers, such as food and beverage cans. However, the use of tinplate is not limited to the production of containers; tinplate is also used in the manufacture of engine parts and many other products.
