ASTM A792M Hot-dip Galvalume Steel Sheet in Coils 55% Aluminum-zinc steel for roof Tiles oiled
What is aluminium-zinc
Aluminium-zinc plated sheet is a steel plate plating on the basis of zinc with the addition of aluminium (passivation protection), the general composition of 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc, 1.5% silicon, with excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion, corrosion resistance of galvanized sheet 2-5 times, but also has the high temperature corrosion resistance of aluminium plate, smooth surface, good appearance, but the formation of its plating and resistance to welding a little worse. In foreign countries generally about 40% of aluminium zinc plating used directly, about 60% of the plate is further as a colour coated substrate.
1. Superior corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of zinc-aluminum-plated steel sheet is 6-8 times higher than that of general galvanized sheet, which is usually guaranteed not to rust for 20 years.
2. High-temperature oxidation resistance: Aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet will not undergo any discoloration or deformation even if it is used in a high-temperature environment of 315 degrees Celsius.
3. High heat reflectivity: The heat reflectivity of zinc-aluminum-plated steel sheet is higher than 75%, which is about twice as much as that of galvanized sheet, and it can achieve energy-saving effect by acting as a roofing and paneling in unpainted situation.
Uses: building roofs, walls, electrical cabinets, home appliances, automobiles, colour coated substrates, etc.
Aluminum-zinc coating was first used in the field of household appliances. Since the surface is not treated for protection, it tends to get dirty by oil and fingerprints during the manufacturing process.
In addition, it is not easy to remove or clean after pollution (the surface of steel sheet darkens after cleaning). This not only leads to a less than perfect surface, but also leads to more waste and losses.
To eliminate these losses. In order to avoid these losses, steel mills communicated with customers on the premise of ensuring the quality of aluminum galvanizing, so that after coating with aluminum-zinc alloy, a protective layer is formed on the surface of the steel sheet.
This led to the development of the fingerprint-resistant aluminum galvanizing. With the anti-fingerprint treatment, the dirt on the surface of the galvanized aluminum sheet can be wiped off. This saves the user money. In a variety of applications, aluminum zinc anti-fingerprint surface treatment has evolved from its original sole function of surface protection to the development of today's anti-corrosion function.
1. excellent corrosion resistance: the corrosion resistance of aluminum-zinc galvanized steel sheet is 6 to 8 times higher than that of ordinary galvanized steel sheet, and it is usually guaranteed not to rust for 20 years.
2. High temperature resistance: aluminum galvanized steel sheet will not discolor and deform even at temperatures up to 315°C.
3. high heat reflectance: the heat reflectance of galvanized steel aluminum sheet is 75% or more, which is about twice that of galvanized steel sheet, and when it is uncoated, it can be used as roofing or tiling material and provides energy-saving advantages.
4. Easy processing: it can meet the processing requirements of pressing, shearing and bending.
