Maintenance

After receiving a new electric spindle, it will start at a low speed of 6000, and increase it by 3000 every ten minutes, until it can be used normally after 24000 revolutions. The bearings inside the new spindle need to be preheated and run-in, so remember! In addition, in order to prolong the service life of the spindle, it is best to start the spindle for a test run for 10-15 minutes during normal use.

Adopting a special heat dissipation design with double water ports for water cooling, the heat dissipation efficiency is several times higher than that of traditional air cooling, which can quickly take away the heat generated by the motor during operation and avoid performance attenuation and component loss caused by high temperature. Even under long-term high-load processing, the fuselage can keep running at low temperature, significantly extending the service life of the motor; the grease lubrication method requires no frequent maintenance, further reducing the use cost.
